Cupid’s Ode is a multi-brand store for romantic jewelry and adornment. We select pieces from independent makers and brands and bring them together in three chapters: To Be Seen for hair accessories, To Be Desired for body chains, and To Be Undone for intimate jewelry.
The brand is listed in the details section of each product page. Pieces listed under Cupid’s Ode are sold under our own name.
Yes. Each piece is made by hand by its maker, so slight variations from the photos may occur. This is also why every order needs time to prepare before it ships.
Orders take 7 to 14 business days to prepare before dispatch. Standard delivery then takes 7 to 14 business days. In total, please allow about 14 to 28 business days from order to delivery. If you need a piece by a certain date, please order early or write to us first.
Standard shipping is free worldwide on orders of US$58 or more. Orders under US$58 ship for a flat US$8.99.
Yes. We email your tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, our prices and shipping fees do not include import duties or taxes. Depending on your destination, these may be charged by your country’s customs on delivery.
Yes. Every order is carefully protected and shipped in discreet outer packaging.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order only before it has been processed or dispatched.
Hair accessories and other items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in new condition, in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, body jewelry and intimate jewelry, meaning every piece from To Be Desired and To Be Undone, can be returned within 14 days only if unopened and still sealed. Once opened, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Write to us with your order number and clear photos as soon as it arrives. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are always eligible for help, whatever the category.
Email support@cupidsode.com with your order number and the reason for your request. If the item is eligible, we will send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Measurements are listed on each product page in centimeters and inches. They are approximate, so compare them with a piece you already own or with a soft tape measure.
Materials are listed on each product page. If you have a metal sensitivity, please check the materials before ordering or ask us.
