We want you to feel confident when ordering from Cupid's Ode. Please read the terms below before making a purchase.
We accept return requests for eligible items within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with any tags or protective materials intact. Proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene and safety, body chains, chest chains, nipple clamps, and any other intimate or hygiene-sensitive body-worn items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This exception does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law, and it does not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned. Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether an item is eligible.
Email support@cupidsode.com with your order number and the reason for your request. If the item is eligible, we will send return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If there is a problem, contact us as soon as possible at support@cupidsode.com and include your order number and clear photos so we can review it and make things right.
We will notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel an order before it has been processed or dispatched.
